At Corporate Technologies, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a return request.


Return Eligibility

Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be returned to the address provided after contacting us via email.

Important: Please do not send any items back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, safety, or legal restrictions:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

Sale & Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item:


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return amount.

  • Once the return is processed, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

Please mail your item to: Purana Paltan, Noakhali Tower, Level 9, Dhaka

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
